From the looks of it, there's only one red left (LR recipient) who has just chosen for the LR to be hide and seek again seeing that it is queued at the top of chat. Though technically the dead player is still ghosting the last alive red, it is not detrimental to the progression of the round in any sense.
If you have anything else to add for this round, I'd be happy to look at it but this alone is not enough evidence to take action against this player for any reason.
