glitch with the weapon effects

so there is a glitch with the weapon effects that the effect kind of misses the weapon and makes a big flash on my screen idk if its only me. It usually happens when im playing scout i own the energy orb if that helps.

I had a lot of trouble playing Box Game once, because my unusual affect would get in my face, instead of on my weapon.
