2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
There was no reason given, but as far as i can tell, I was banned for calling out a freekiller/using the "votekick" system on VIP/VIP+ twice.

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I was unfairly banned, as far as i know. I'm cool, man! I love jailbreak!

Then think about what you did that matches that behaviour.

I have spectated you for a while and could clearly see disrespectful behaviour towards other players, in fact I joined your game twice and you behaved the exact same way. On top of that you were reported for VIP abuse which is why I originally wanted to keep an eye on you. Once I joined jailbreak and saw a vote in progress, I of course cancelled it as there was no need for votes when an admin is present; you reacted greeting the at that point unknown admin which again, indicated you knew I was there. Shortly after you initiated another votekick. This is against the VIP guidelines as it clearly states you are not allowed to make use of your permissions when staff are present.

Therefore you justly received a ban for both inappropriate language and VIP abuse.

Upon Looking at Chat logs this ban has been extended to a week due to extremely toxic and disrespectful behaviour to other users.
