Invalid Got Banned For no reasons..

    When i want to jumping server i started playing it. then My computer had shutdown by electricity power. Then i went to play back then it said 'You got banned For duplicate accouts'.when i want on Forums i found the ban like for 1 month and 4 weeks.can you do anything because i didn't do anything wrong
