Guards having an Iq of 50

I may not be the smartest person of the bunch, but I've realized more than 70% of players who join Guard Team are either 9 years old or has an iq of 50.
Yes, I know this is a controversial topic but still. I would like to see how wln can put an age restriction on Guard Team or at least setup an iq test.

Mainly because I'm tired of Guard Team players killing without an acceptable reason.

Freekilling on jailbreak is my favorite thing to do on team fortress the second. 😀😀😀
