Proof of evidence in form of: I was doing conga with another dude, this guy pops up as a demoman and starts doing a single-frame turn-around-and-back type of thing with aimbot and nearly never missed a pill. Then some scout on my team tried fighting him, I joined along as scout too but he never missed a shot + when I went cloak and dagger spy, he always found me no matter what.
