i got banned bc i wrote something in the console . a guy said something about a word starting with r and some password ngt or something like that and when i typed that i got placed on the banned list pls help. Ik i was stupid

2. What exactly you typed in console.
3. Who told you to do this. (If you can't remember or find them, it's no big deal, I'm more concerned about the first two pieces of information anyway.)
