Declined Hi, I was banned for "Avoiding Punishment?"

I was apparently banned for "avoiding punishment" when I do not remember doing such. If I had, please tell me what I did and perhaps I could talk it out. I have been playing on the surfing map for a while and I love it.

The main reason why I wish to be unbanned is because I love the surfing map and the community, and I am a bit saddened to be left out of the fun.

Yes I do. It's my account for the person I share my computer with. Since it was my choice to keep my hacks, they used it and I deeply apologize. I wish to come back, and I would love to have fun again on the surfing server.
