How did i connected or linked to hacker's account i never used hacks and aimbot in tf2 because my brother said do not use hacks or you will get perm banned and it ruined players fun.How did this happen i thought i was banned for alt account i have no idea how sourcesleuth works?
Also please check which other account am i connected or linked.

SourceSleuth (aka. Duplicate Account) is a system that tracks by IP address. When an account connects to our servers, its IP address is checked and the system sees if there are any server bans with that IP address.

Through this system you were caught. An account was banned for Aimbot and a day later you were banned because you had the same IP address as that banned cheating account.

This system isn't fullproof, sure, but based on the fact that there is literally a day between a cheating alt being banned and you being banned, you seem pretty guilty. It's very unlikely to say this was simply a coincidence.

Thanks for replying but how did that hacker got my IP address I didn't login to that hacker's account
I only connect to 4 accounts I been playing tf2 for so long this is my first time to get banned

Also why would i use aimbot when hacking is bad because its unfair, ruining people fun, no skills and its not allow
I follow the rules, I never got banned or VAC banned in any servers, this is my first time to get banned, I never install cheats

And please don't hate me i exploit at zombie server were i use teleporter to get through door were zombies can't reached. this happen before it was fixed map was zom_asylum

Even if one gets an IP address, they would not be able to use it unless it was something completely public like a VPN. Residential IPs require you to, well, be at the residence they originate from. So again combined with the short lapse of time between bans there is little chance you are completely innocent.

Residential IPs require you to, well, be at the residence they originate from

Unless you wish to disagree that you weren't using this type of IP address on our servers, there's no way that could've happened.

Sorry for late reply i was trying to found out how did hacker connected to my account, i found 3 possible reason

So was it mobile data? I used it on my phone on march 14 I was messaging my friend on that day.
Did i connected to hacker by a virus?
Maybe my brothers connect to hacker.

How can i check which account i connected?

I'm not hacker please trust me i been playing tf2 for so long I never use lmaobox or any other hacks I start playing your servers in 2017.
No Vac bans and No bans on any other servers

Only staff can manage account tracking by IP address.

Mobile data usage can change your IP address, so that's possible, although AFAIK those IPs aren't extremely public either.

No that's impossible.
