How much ref should a key be?

In my opinion I think a key should be equal to 12ref this is because at 12 ref ear buds had a stable price of 5keys. Also nonsense like unusual being 2000keys+ should not be in the game. And australium should ruffly be about 10-30keys. Unusual weapons should be 40-100keys no more. Assassin grade hats should be 5-15keys.
Only thing that should be over 2000keys is a nebula effect unusual his is because they are rare. Golden pans should be 400-700 keys.

Also, the unusual problem isn't really new. Simple CS:GO skins can go for 10's of thousands of dollars.
