I'm probs getting annoying at this point but Me and a bunch of other people on your Tf2 JB servers (Haven't checked other TF2 servers). Basically, upon pressing taunt you would automatically stock taunt, even if you only press taunt once. After the stock taunt ends the taunt menu appears and pressing a button to select still gives a stock taunt. A few other people have been talking about it as well so I thought I should bring it to your attention.
