Clarifications:
1) i do not use vpn or proxy
2)i live in the united states
3)i dont know whats causing this but i want to fix it
4)if its an IP problem than i have no idea how to fix that also

If you're not using VPN/Proxy, then I'd like to know how is this IP randomly connected to you while it's commonly known as VPN/Proxy IP? How did you get IP from Switzerland connected to you, while you claim to live in US? You have very few IP's connected to your account too, so I find Dynamic IP unlikely.

i dont know how it happens everytime i restart mu computer or shut down my computer and reopen it the ip just changes and i dont know why
