no i don't know Russian and the account was is a random lobby with me in casual then added me but then i blocked him

This account was connected to your IP and was banned for cheating. Also your chat logs seem very similar in the way you type so there isn’t anyway that it isn’t a coincidence. We do not tolerate people cheating or trying to avoid punishment thought the usage of alt accounts.
