Accepted I Got Banned For Not Having Mic But I Was Just Muted

I was on blue and got vote muted and then admin did a mic check and I couldn't talk so I got guard banned.

I would like to be in guard banned thank you.

Well being muted is being muted, you can't use your mic therefore if an admin conducts a mic check, you are to be guardbanned. May I ask who guardbanned you? May I also ask who vote muted you and why?
