    Alright cool I understand now, the only reason I'm getting the effects is because I have a weapon with paints already attached, the weapon unusuals from the shop just don't work on /warpaints or /paints. Unless you have a weapon with a paint applied, you can't get a weapon unusual effect from what I know.
