Declined I was banned for "Duplicate Account"

I went to try and join a Wonderland.tf server, and it said I was banned. When I checked the banlist with my steam id it said "Duplicate Account" I don't know if this might be a problem with me using a VPN, which I occasionally do. I would like to be unbanned so I can play again. Thanks.

Looking through the IP you were banned on and the accounts banned on it (might I add, all banned in a time-span of ~2 months), it does not appear to be a VPN.

However, all the accounts banned on the IP share the same traits of being throwaway/new accounts, most likely used for cheating (especially since various of them are VAC banned and two are server banned for Aimbot).

You also have membership in various cheating-related groups. All in all, I will be leaving on the ban as we have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating.
