Declined i was banned like a year ago but ive got no clue why

i used to cheat in csgo, but even that was after i was banned on wonderland. i used to play these servers back in 2015-2017 when i was really into tf2, and i went to get back on just for fun, but it says im permanently banned. no idea why, ive never cheated in tf2.
