At first it would seem if he has connection problems and it could simply be fixed by record;fix stop or something along those lines but he was invisible to everyone. One of my friends explained that this was a tf2 glitch which is why I'm leaning this towards exploit as no one could see him while he could be anywhere. He could not be spectated at all if you rotated through all the players and was able to hit, taunt (lethal taunt), and a lot of other stuff. He did this twice, once earlier on another map as ᛋᛋ Docter ᛋᛋ then changed his name came back and did it again.
