This happens while I am using thirdperson mod and taunt. Is anyone knows how to fix it?

I can only assume that whatever mod you're using is what's causing the problem. I suggest removing the mod and see if that makes any difference.

Quick question: Does this happen for only the duration of the taunt, or it a lasting effect? I'm pretty sure this is just a side effect of the third person plugin, as I remember encountering this before.

Duration of taunt or spectating one player with thirdperson.

I'm pretty sure this is just a side effect of the third person plugin, as I remember encountering this before.

Okay, i fixed it.
I just enabled motion blur.
