We don't need to enforce them, our ad system works just fine as it is with funding. Donations aren't a main source of income, they are a secondary source. We are not pay to play, everything on our servers is normally accessible, if you want you can provide me an example of a feature that is only accessible to donators besides the fun, silly commands we give them that don't relate to the game modes we provide and things like this slight advantage which actually on average make the experience better for users as R4 explained before. I honestly don't see any issue with this and most users don't seem to either, a majority of the users playing on the Guard team are users who haven't donated a penny to us and you can be autobalanced anyway with or without a donator being on, it's just more likely you or someone else will be if a donator is trying to play on the Guards and saying that we are pay to play and comparable to Battlefront 2 because of that is simply ridiculous.

Your position on the scoreboard is irrelevant as explained before. And yes, you are, for perfectly justifiable reasons such as making your experience on our servers better such as putting guards on the team who know what they're doing on average more and as thanks for helping support the community. Saying because we increase the chances of you getting auto-balanced (an already normal feature of the game) because someone donated on one game mode of our vast line of servers makes us pay to play is unreasonable especially when that isn't pay to play, it's a feature that is perfectly accessible and used by many non-donators on our servers. Honestly this seems like such a miniscule issue I don't know why you're trying to put our entire community in a bad light for this, calling us "scummy."

You aren't retarded for saying perk, however you seem to be making some clear difference between "perks" (things that don't pose advantages) and advantages as if one is even present. I don't believe it's completely random however I don't know how the autobalance system works, just that we haven't modified it for Jailbreak besides donators being more likely to stay on BLU. From the "Interested in donating?" thread where it lists perks for the two types of VIP, with the more expensive VIP having this perk:

Demo is disabled on some Jailbreak servers for balance issues I believe. If you wish we allow it to be freely used on our Jailbreak servers than you can make a different suggestion about it.

We aren't pay to play, we grant a perk to do maters to encourage donating and makes the JB server safer and better moderated. You are just showing your lack of understanding of what pay to play is.
