Jailbreak Punishment Guidelines
Inquiries for punishments not listed here can be directed to any senior-admin or above.
Warnings must be given before punishment, unless it is marked with ✶.

Increasing Punishments Lengths

Scaling: 60 -> 240 -> 720 -> 1440 -> 4320 (w/ warning next is permanent) -> 0.
Scaling for MFK: 1440 -> 4320 (w/ warning next is permanent) -> 0.​

• All offenses scale with each other (should the prior be less than a year old).
• MFK punishments only scale with each other.
• If a previous staff member didn't scale a teamban properly, then the teamban should account for that.
  • I.e. There are two 60 minute punishments that did not scale, then the teamban should be 60 -> 720.
  • Remember that permanent teambans can only be applied if the user was warned for it.
• Teambans for no mic should always be 10 mins.

Teamban Punishment Guidelines:​

60 minutes:

• Misusing Guard slay.
• Continuous baiting and/or freehitting.
• Favoritism/friendlying.
• Going warden on a Freeday.
• Continued accidental freekill (due to forgetting orders and the likes).
• Invalid/illegal orders.
• Opening cells mid-way through warden's orders.
• ✶ Illegal FF.
• ✶ Freekilling last non-rebelling Red.
• ✶ Forcing freeday.
• ✶ Purposefully freekilling 1-2 players.

1 Day (1440 minutes):

• ✶ Purposefully freekilling 3+ players (also known as Mass Freekill)
  • Attempting to do this is also considered 1440 min.

Non-Teamban Punishment Guidelines:​

60 minutes:

• ★ Armory/Medic camping.
• ★ Camping areas inaccessible to the other team.
• ★ Camping map-based teleportation entrances/exits.
• ✿✶ Ghosting.
• ✿✶ Continuously talking over warden.
• ✿✶ Warden impersonation.

Update November 10, 2023. If anything is missing please inform me:

• Changed scaling to be more consistent with regular punishment guidelines.
• Accidental things now scale like regular punishments.
• MFK teambans only scale with each other.
• Removed “Hogging warden.”
• Freekilling 3+ players can now be considered MFK.
• Removed “Talking while dead” from comm block section, did not make sense to be in this category as it is plugin exploiting and thus should follow the main guideline.
• Small changes to formatting and grammar.
