A screenshot does not provide much evidence other than he was in there at the moment you dropped in, it does not prove that he was camping.
Without sufficient evidence I won't be able to do much and will have to close this.

sadly, i am working on video evidence for future reference, but i under stand if this is not enough proof

I would recommend searching up a way to activate some form of Shadowplay as it comes in very useful when things happen unexpectedly.
