Proof: 3 different demos all displaying poor use of VIP abilities (especially one of which is directly mentioned to be forbidden in the VIP Menu)
Explain what happened & include as much information as possible: It was quite simple. A friend of mine was playing normally on the server and decided to ask me in Steam chat if I knew if "making yourself small and sniping people was okay". I figured I'd join the server and found said player indeed resized down and sniping people as well as flying around with the jetpack doing the same thing (there's a fourth demo which features Jensen deliberately hitting people with the cart while resized down too, but I figured that the others already get my point across).
