2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
During the time that had led up to the guardban; I was warden and was giving orders for true or false which I then labeled red as false and blue as true. Shortly after, I asked a question that the answer was false but after closing the doors I had chosen red to die as I accidentally mixed up the colours.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
The incident was purely my fault for obviously occurring in the first place, however, hopefully it can be seen as an honest mistake as I had made a simple mistake on the colours.
