Explain what happened & include as much information as possible: Basically there was a custom LR, which was that we had to play minigames the whole round and each time someone dies we switch to another minigame, it was also written in the LR that warden had to pick the minigame, but warden never did, he just kept giving random orders, obviously he seemed new which is why, he ordered all red to go to knife pit and then asked how to turn on friendly fire which would technically result in meat grinder, everyone was confused as to why he's not doing LR and so was he i guess? until he eventually gave up and started mass freehitting as pyro and he ended up freekilling 1 guy and then immediately left.
So to sum it up, Denial of LR,almost attempted Meat Grinder, Mass freehit and 1 freekill.
