hello

we believe this to be caused by malfunctioning saxton hale plugin that shouldn't be on trade server in first place
for some reason it toggled sv_cheats on and tried to give hale weapons to random people (lolichu is not staff)

i've restarted server and removed the plugin,
let me know if further similar issues arise
