Low frames

I just got a new pc and I wanted to play but the problem is that tf2 is having so low frames and I dont know why. The pc is new and everything. Please help.

tried a config? I use mastercomfig. I know that your pc should be more capable than mine, but if there is a performance increase, you can narrow down the cause

Yes. It was the conputer since it was new so it needed to warm up. Left it on whilst I slept and now I'm having 147fps

All computers used for gaming purposes should be optimised regularly at least once a month, especially new ones. Therefore, I highly recommend doing so with the help of this video. The video will also ask you to download and run a couple of programs for extra optimisations and other great clean-up features. This might sound sketchy to you, but I guarantee you that they cause no harm at all to your hardware. I have even bought the premium versions of these programs to get the best performance out of my computer. I could go one and explain everything; however, everything you need to know is in the video.
