when a last red gets lr, allow them to be invulnerable from any type of damage while picking an lr and during dr. they can turn it off in the dr menu and it will be lost if the warden removes the lr. this can hopefully stop a lot of lr/dr denying freekills

Literally no downside. However, for non-group members, it should turn off after LR is selected
