MDDS, The worst Disorder I have ever got.

{For those who are wondering, mal de debarquement syndrome is a maladapted vestibular movement disorder}

[Keep in mind I'm not experienced with talking about my Disorders]


I have been diagnosed with MDDS way back before, Maybe like 2011 or 2016, but IDK.

The rocking is just hard to deal with, Just makes me feel like if my room is moving, Makes it hard for me to stand still, Keep my balance, or Focus.

One of the worst parts about it is my head moving with the feeling itself, which is just even more annoying.

There is no cure for this disorder, but there is some, like Movements to try with, Then again it sucks having it.

You should try some fancy massages and spa treatment like acupuncture.
I know it costs a lot but it is worth it.

It won't cure you, but it will make you feel at ease.
There are also treatment and therapies. Therapy sessions will not cure you, but will make you feel more comfortable.
