in addition to checking if someone has a mic, either at the sametime or seperately check if they are actually of decent quality so all orders can be heard properly (my suggestion is that this should be done more frequently to see if people can say smth more than just "hello" cause mic stutters etc tend to affect longer sentances)

just to avoid the problem where people are hardly hearable

As staff members should stick around after a mic check they should be able to tell if the guards have a tolerable/satisfactory microphone. I feel as if doing more than asking their mic to be used for a brief moment would stall the round for to long.

-1 , the nut is correct on this one. Sometimes mic checks already take long enough, but doing more than we already do to ensure that people have mics will, instead, take up possibly 3-5 minutes rather than 1-2 minutes. This is all dependent on how big the server is too. It's just unneeded
