Resolved missing vip privileges

Hello :)
I have recently bought VIP for 1 month but didn't get it. I also wasn't logged in when purchasing but typed my steamID there. I can also provide my transaction id 426459269V877840N I didn't get the perks on the server (mainly playing on Achievement Engineer TF2).
Also, I would like to request VIP privileges on this account, since I haven't been logged in while buying.
If any other informations have to be given, just let me know in PV or somewhere else please.
