Please understand i'm not attempting to tell you what to do but, you can get a faster response from staff on our Discord, linked at the top of the forums page. The link on the very top right labelled 'Discord'. Asking for help with the tag @tf2 admin in #report-to-staff will get you a more immediate reply. Thank you for attempting to notify staff of a problem, if you haven't already been to the Discord to report this.
Please also be sure that you aren't on another community server, like Wonder rather than Wonderland.tf .
I also understand that this is a delayed response, but on top of this, you can report problems here on the forums in the Reports section. Please gather evidence of people rule breaking in the form of steam user id's and usernames, and perhaps a demo of the trouble. If not a demo, a video uploaded to a video site to support your report.
