Explain what happened & include as much information as possible:
on around 2:08 the warden says "do not readjust" and since simon says was active
I thought it was a trick order where you're supposed to adjust everywhere

I don't think any punishment is needed here. After you explained in chat how you thought it was a trick order, Element 115 realized their mistake. At worst, you got freehit and almost freekilled.

@Element 115 Take this as a lesson to be more careful with your orders. This could have easily resulted in freekill(s) and so a teamban.
