Resolved not unbanned

it says that my ban expires at 22:36 but its already 22:38 where i live so what timezone exactly are they referring to?

For the time, it goes by a European time zone (UTC+1 I think). When it comes to bans, it won't be lifted at the exact time, you might have to wait around an hour after it says it will go away.

If it still hasn't unbanned you after like 2 hours from the end of the ban, I would either make a help ticket in the forums here:

yep. im in. finally. been a long ass time. that ban was a mess man just putting it out there.
