Declined On the jb rules have General Jail Rules and Rulings into the same category

I do not see the use for having both General Jail Rules and Ruling into separate categories. The reason to have them in their categories( at least the one I think) is that they don't fit in. But they are in different categories for some reason even though they're misc rules that don't fit in to anything that is there. But I'm quite confused why they're somehow in different categories even though they are the same type of rules there is no reason that I see to have them in different categories.

Well as I see it, rulings are more-so for closing loopholes & answering otherwise very debatable questions on what users can/can't do, but the General JB rules are just normal rules that apply to everyone.

Yeah I will be keeping it this way, refer to my post above for reasoning why. It's also better for organization that we have the two separate sections.
