Used to be named Lord Bongwater, it is now Neco Arc, same steam ID I think.
2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
I wanted to hop on TF2 Jailbreak IL, only to find out I'm perma-banned. I was already guard-banned 100 hours on one of the servers or something and almost clearing up the guard-ban status with 9 hours left on the clock. I do remember I mentioned that I got banned 2 years ago from Wonder/Asylum.tf. I've double-checked before, the account I'm using, is my only account, and it's listed that I have no previous bans. I don't know how some mod considered me as ban evasion.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I hope it's just a simple miscommunication of someone overhearing that I was banned before. I'd like to get back to clearing up the rest of the guard-ban hours, please. If there is an actual reason how I'm considered ban evading, there's got to be a reason. Thanks.
