The guy, Micjonas, was in an argument with another player that started before I joined the server. From what I gather, Mic was being toxic because many players were asking him to stop and just play the game. After they stopped arguing over voice chat, Mic started saying "die whore" or other profanities in chat. I asked him to stop and well you can see his answer. I don't know if necessarily breaches the rules but I thought it would be good to report it anyway.
