I have no clue how i got banned i've checked the ban list i havent found anything regarding my ban, i've recently started playing team fortess 2 and would really love to play on your servers, and if i did do something i'm really sorry.

Your brothers account had been banned for being a duplicate account around the second of June, 2018. Shortly thereafter, your account began to play on our servers at around June 14th, 2018. Ontop of this, the account "agag" currently has a VAC ban. And your account has a game ban that is merely a few days older then the VAC ban. I find it very hard to believe that you do not know agag, and that BrEz is a relative of yours. So I will be declining this appeal and your permanent ban will remain in place.
