So let's get straight to the point: Should the command "I pardon all reds" be modified?

Essentially, you can clearly tell based on basic social interaction observations that a warden may be collaborating with a guard through discord, steam chat, or whatever it might be. So the red takes an opportunity to kill a blu, the warden sees it and says "I pardon all reds." Immediately, that red who killed a blu is no longer punishable. This isn't an uncommon scenario, as I have seen this exact scene play out from time to time. It's unfair and unjust, not to mention it's clear and blunt favoritism. All though the warden says I pardon all reds, it's still unfair because that red killed a blu and received no consequences.

This is just a poll to see how you all feel about this rule in general.

Better to pardon them than to deal with the rebeller staying inside of the Non-rebelling REDS and having to spend WAY too much time trying to kill the rebeller.

yeah until that red is stuck in the middle of a crowd with no way to kill him

Pretty much this, good luck spending 3+ minutes trying to kill a rebeller that is inside/moving around the REDS.
