I'm not sure if this was intentional but when a red is revived by a staff member they are muted and cannot talk until unmuted or muted and unmuted by warden or staff. I think it would be nice once red gets a re spawn they can be unmuted because its annoying having to ask to be unmuted when all the reds already are. If this was intentional though then oh well.
