Right now it is defined as "REDs may not change their y-axis (e.g. jump, crouch, move up or down, etc.)"
The y-axis part should be change to z-axis
the y axis moves you forwards and backward while the z-axis moves you up and down
you can test this in game by typing "cl_showpos 1" in console and you will see that only the last value changes when you jump is the z axis
Keep the examples so people dont get confused of there being 3 planes of movement
