First off I'd like to state that you're clearly a man of culture with that Donkey Kong Country Returns music in the video.
However we need the either the player's steam ID or a link to his profile before we can take further action.

EDIT: I have managed to find the player due to a previous spawncamping punishment issued yesterday and I will proceed to punish the player now
