Basically the blue was just showing favouritism and the red had ammo and both red and blue were playing soccer casually while making everyone else spectate and wait for new round.

While from the pic I cannot deduce any kind of favourtism, I can see the guard being friendly, which causes the round delay. The user has been punished for delaying the round by playing with the last red. Thanks for the report!
