Okay, so I think overall, this is a good loadout, both in the cosmetic department and the weapon department. Stock Scattergun, of course. Winger because it's an amazing utility, and The Sandman is a surprisingly good teaching tool. For me at least. Having less health means I have to play more carefully, and choose my fights, rather than just running in and dying. Of course, you shouldn't be doing that anyways, but -15 health helps remind you to be a LITTLE more careful.
