Staff Roles

For an up-to-date list of staff, see the staff list in either the Discord or Forums.

Primary Roles would be your contact for general questions or queries, with Managerial Roles being more for niche or area-specific questions.

If you are unsure who to speak to, feel free to message any Senior/Head Admin and they will signpost you to who is best to answer your question.

Spoiler: Primary Roles

• Admins and Moderators
  • Maintains order and responds to calls/reports.
• Senior-Admins
  • Also maintains order, but also advises and monitors Moderators.
  • Senior-Admins are more experienced, please contact them if you cannot find answers in Managerial Roles or from Admins/Mods.
• Head Admin
  • Expanded again from Senior-Admins, manages all staff and handles complaints or issues against all staff.
• Owner - @Xypher
  • Hosts and runs the servers, has overall final say on all matters.
  • Only contact if all other options have been exhausted
• Developers
  • Develops the plugins and Discord Bot
  • Do not contact - If you need to contact relating to this, speak to Head Admins.

  • Current Manager(s):
  • Focuses on handling appeals. Helps others with handling appeals and makes the final decision when disputes about appeals come up.
• Site Manager
  • Current Manager(s): N/A
  • Focuses on forums and Discord moderation.
    • Contact for - Settling drama within the community, making final calls on rulebreaking regulars, queries relating to Discord and Forum formatting.
• Jailbreak Manager
  • Current Manager(s): @Bryanジ, @smelvin
  • Manages Jailbreak moderation, including the rules.
    • Contact for - Any Jailbreak-related query.
• Suggestions Manager
  • Current Manager(s): @Bryanジ
  • Manages and processes all suggestions put through.
    • Contact for - Any query relating to suggestions
• Records Manager
  • Current Manager(s): @Niki
  • Keeps internal documents up-to-date. Internally, only documentation is current and ex-staff.
    • Contact for - Querying information stored internally.
• Community Manager
  • Current Manager(s): @FatalDegree47
  • For events, trading, and other community projects.
    • Contact for - Events, trade, and community related queries as well as applying for Events Coordinator.
• RUS Manager
  • Current Manager(s): N/A
  • Oversees the development of the RUS side of WLN through staffing and discord management.
    • Contact for - Anything RUS WLN related.
