Serious need of buffing/nerfing

Hello!

This is a sort of challenge for you, you have to select 3 overpowered weapons (in your opinion) and sort out the stats for it to make it fair then select 3 underpowered weapons (in your opinion) and sort out the stats to make it fair, for example.

Nerfs :
Scattergun : Not OP

Buffs :
Phlogistinator : More damage

I really don't understand how so many people claim the Scattergun's OP. It's got suitably high damage, it's got a low crit rate and it's one of the most balanced weapons in the game. Well, here's my list after that.

Nerf:
Dragon's Fury (Remove Re-pressurization on hit)
All Rocket Launchers (Lower crit rates)
Half-Zatoichi (Change the strength of the heal so the Demo can't survive indefinitely against a group of enemies)

Buff:
Baby Face's Blaster (Remove boost loss on hit or at least 90 damage to fully remove boost so it matches the amount needed)
Panic Attack (Give us the old one back)
Enforcer (Same as above, give us the old one back)

 

[Liquidation]

Bring back Soda popper with kritz = D

 

[Snowy Snowtime]

tl;dr pyro feels the most strongest imo. Still not playing that class, engie needs 100% critrate <3

nerf: all flamethrowers to do less afterburn
nerf: phlog to deal mini-crits and have over-heal of the quick-fix
nerf: skull cutter to not have random-crits

buff: sandman+cleaver combo to its original self
buff: baby face blaster to have lost boost at 90 damage (so every hit doesn't feel like you lose all of it)
buff: heater mini-gun to consume less ammo and have a bigger ring of fire

I wanted to see this guy back in action again.. I mean, a lot of peeps knew him and how he was...
I'll never forget this guy.
