Muted Tipaku, HeyItsClint, Pyromaniac {#DoinkKlan™}, and Gamatoto Cat.

Gagged Juicy, although most of his punishment is for player disrespect (that may/may not be related to the incident you're reporting) I found in his chat-logs. I don't really consider the bind he was using an offense besides being spammy.
