Spawn campers are fucking annoying,and wonderland doesnt takes action to spawn campers, Spawn campers are people that farm on spawns or kill people spawning

It just happens that different maps have different definitions of spawncamp.
sentrycamping isn't allowed in many places. In someplaces, it's fine. Like, take surf that has jail in it. People complain that people are camping jail! D: D: D: But people can get out of that real easy, and with a good rtd, its easily dealt with. Maybe even 1 good spy.

Actually they do take action. Just because it doesn't fit what you're trying to prove or it's not dealt with when you're there at times doesn't mean that they don't. Plus you gotta remember spawn campers aren't really something you can't handle and although they're quite annoying doesn't really mean that WonderLand HAS to take action especially is there's a hacker some place else. Hacker's take priority over Spawn Campers.
