Warden mumbled his orders and said bombrush to warden markers day. He did not define this day and wasn't even clear when he said it. When I heard it I assumed it meant to bombrush to all new markers he would place down for the remainder of the day but this was not the case and I was killed.

I could hear the warden just fine. He wasn't bumbling to me. The warden gave a repeat that it was bombrush to warden markers day. Warden markers are defined inside the rules, and therefor does not need to define what this day implies.

Bombrush to warden markers day would indeed imply that Reds are to bombrush to all new markers that he would place down. You went onto Sweeper when bombrush to warden markers day was still active, which is why you were killed.
The correct protocol for Reds would have been to stay inside the marker, as it was still active.

I had talked to other staff members for further advice about this situation as it is definitely a very grey area with much in the way of a unanimously concrete answer. However, the conclusion in this situation, with the warden marker still active, and the day still active, you were KOS as you left it.
