you have to have set questions you answer for yourself for the people that respond.
so you can have a setup like
"do i like you?"
"whats my greatest memory of you?"
"what do i like about you?"
"what could you improve in my view?"
stuff like this, and then people repsond to the thread, and then you fill it out according to said person
